The PADI Dive Master Internship provides you with the opportunity to go "zero to hero" and become a dive professional during your summer with no previous dive experience needed. We will take you up the ladder from an Open Water Diver to a PADI Dive Master. The PADI Divemaster training develops your leadership abilities, qualifying you to supervise dive activities on your own and assist instructors with student divers.

You will be trained in the PADI Weed Control Course and become an Underwater Soldier during the initial week. This training will allow you to harvest invasive aquatic plants using SCUBA diving and your hands. Together with your dive team, you will harvest invasive aquatic plants in 4 - 5 day projects while accruing the necessary number of dives required for you Dive Master certification.

Between these projects you will continue your training at some of the best dive sites in the North East including Nubble Lighthouse in Maine and the Lady of the Lakes in Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire.

Review the attached schedules. Please note that Teams A and B have different starting weeks.

This is an intense program. Being a dive professional is a privilege that must be respected. There is a prerequisite number of dives necessary to complete the PADI Dive Master Course. Inability to participate in the harvesting or training will disqualify you from the internship and you will be asked to leave the program.

The Aqualogic Dive Master Graduation is on Saturday August 7th, 2021. Will you be there?
